Sourcing run-down houses

We look for tired terraces, dated semis and neglected flats that are priced below the local ceiling, giving each project enough room to make the refurbishment worthwhile.

Buying at auction and private sale

Whether a lot comes up at auction or through a private approach, we arrange the purchase, instruct solicitors and hold the funds needed to complete on the day required.

Full structural refurbishment

We strip out worn kitchens, bathrooms and heating systems, then rebuild each property to a standard that suits the street and the buyers who are likely to want it.

Resale through local agents

Once works are finished we dress the house, instruct a local estate agent and handle viewings, offers and the paperwork through to exchange and completion.

Rental exit where it suits

If the sales market is slow in a particular area, we can refinance or let the finished property instead, holding it until the right buyer comes forward.
